Jennifer McArdle

Ms. McArdle has been a Licensed Phlebotomist & Medical Facilities Supervisor for 17 years. She has a varied health care background and has been instrumental in the facilitation of all aspects of referral practice management with an emphasis on increased customer service standards, client communication and conflict resolution, referral clinician relations, human resources, production and billing oversight. She most recently held a tenured position in Albany where she supervised a group of 70+ phlebotomists in all aspects of patient care standards and customer service. Ms. McArdle is accomplished in all facets of practice management.  She will be a welcomed addition and a tremendous asset to our team.

As the VMCLI Customer Service Supervisor & Accounts Manager, she will be responsible for the recruiting, screening, training, and managing of the customer service department. She will aid in the resolution of client concerns within her department and the facility as whole. She will work closely with the management team and report directly to the Hospital Administrator. Jennifer has been charged with policy innovation and implementation for all customer service personnel in accordance with the hospitals mission, vision and values. 

Ms. McArdle resides in West Islip, where she has lived for about 1 year.  She recently relocated from Upstate New York to peruse her career with the Veterinary Medical Center of Long Island.  She has one cat, “Louie”. Which she rescued and has nursed back to health, he certainly is the king of the castle.  She strives to help the stray and abandoned pets not only in her local area, but throughout the region as well.  Ms. McArdle takes and active role in the Pet Expos, delivering education to the community. She strives to make every client and patient experience at the VMCLI a great one.
