Dr. Seltzer

Dr. Judy Seltzer graduated from Cornell University in 2000 with a BS in Animal Sciences. She then went on to pursue her Veterinary degree and graduated from the Royal Veterinary College in England in 2005. Upon returning to the States, she completed a medicine and surgery internship at the Center for Specialized Veterinary Care on Long Island and a specialty internship in Dermatology at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital in New Jersey. Dr. Seltzer was then accepted to University of Florida Dermatology Residency program, where she successfully completed her training and is now eligible to sit for her boards.

Dr. Seltzer has advanced interests in allergic and autoimmune skin disease. She has written articles on acral lick dermatitis, performing skin biopsies, and the use of topical products in veterinary dermatology.

In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with friends and family. Dr. Seltzer is thrilled to be back in New York and is looking forward to helping the itchy animals of Long Island.
